Workout Program Builder
In this video, I discuss what power building is and how I implement it into my training every week. Below are the two workouts that I did in this video! I like to superset opposing muscle groups to keep the workouts short and keep moving throughout the session. Give them a try and let me know what you think!

Day 1
A1) Spoto Press 3×8
A2) Front Squat 4×10
B) BB Hip Thrust 3×8
C1) Glute-Ham Developer (GHD) 3×10
C2) Narrow Stance Hack Squat 3×15-20
D1) Hamstring Curls 2-3×15-20
D2) Preacher Curls 2-3×15-20
D3) Overhead Tricep Extensions 2-3×15-20

Day 2
A) Strict Press 4×10
B) Narrow Grip Lat Pulldowns 2-3×15-20
C1) Hammer Curls 2-3×15-20
C2) Cable Tricep Pressdowns 2-3×15-20
D1) Dips 2-3×15-20
D2) DB Lateral Raises 2-3×15-20
D3) Weighted Crunches 2-3×15-20
