Today’s non-stop routine is all about losing weight over 50 as we alternate between CARDIO and STRENGTH exercises that work us from head to toe – perfect for changing the number on the scale and for increasing overall fitness.

SET UP:
Timer is set for pairs of exercises, 30 seconds of a cardio move and 60 seconds of a strength move; go through the entire circuit twice; there is NO REST.

WARM UP

Reach Across High, Reach Across Low + Squat Press Ups
Dancing Xs + Deadlifts with Side Raises
Cheerleader Kicks + Three Point Crunches
Windmill Tap Backs + Single Leg Squat Touch Downs
Twisting Kicks + Wide Open Sumo Squats
Alley Oops + Star Balance Press Ups

FINISHER: (one interval, alternating sides)
Push Push Crunch + Dumbbell Drinky Birds
