Today we’re going to do a Gladiator Bodyweight Workout Program. This is one of the best home workouts you can do without weights. For this routine you can do it anywhere at anytime without any fitness equipment, without any weights, all you need is the desire to get off your butt and workout.

The Gladiator Bodyweight Workout consists of:

50 jumping jacks
20 tricep dips
40 bodyweight squats
50 mountain climbers
20 sit ups
20 push ups with rotation
20 up an down planks

Try to go through this circuit with as little rest as possible and then take a few minutes rest at the end before completing it again.

For your first time doing this workout a couple times through maybe enough as it’s quite challenging. But each time you do this workout, try to complete an extra circuit of these exercises.

When you can get up to doing 5 or more of these bodyweight circuit routines you’ll have built up some good muscular endurance and cardio conditioning. Not to mention that you’ll burn a lot of calories and bodyfat in the process!
