A full body workout routine no gym or equipment needed. This Calisthenics workout is for beginners and is a great warm up for more advanced athletes. This full body bodyweight workout targets all the muscle groups of the body. You will be working the core and abs, glutes and hamstrings, quads and hip flexors, shoulders and lats, traps and rhomboids, and more. Most of you guys know I’m into bodyweight fitness… I wanted to make a workout routine you can do at home with absolutely no equipment. This routine will help improve strength, mobility, and ensure you are moving through full range of motions. Do it outside!
