Workout Program Builder
#trainerroad #basephase #sweetspot
After 12 weeks of base I have some thoughts about TrainerRoads new Plan Builder feature as I approach the 2020 race season. Last year I had a great experience using TrainerRoad throughout the Base, Build and Speciality portion of the year, this year I am feeling even better after seeing rather impressive FTP Gains following the 12 weeks of Sweet Spot Base High Volume Training. I was 89% compliant which means I completed more TSS than if I had done the Mid-Volume Base…so far I am ahead of the game. My new FTP of 322 is 4.06 w/kg and I am feeling capable of completing my first few workouts in BUILD PHASE as I move into higher intensity on TrainerRoads platform.
