In this workout, you’ll:

✅ Isolate and strengthen all areas of your glutes with effective dumbbell movements.
✅ Feel an intense glute burn that drives growth and definition.
I’ll be using 20 lb and 45 lb dumbbells, but feel free to adjust the weight to match your fitness level. Take breaks when needed and focus on form for the best results!
