I’ve put together this Pilates session as a quick 20-minute daily routine to get your whole body moving everyday: no equipment needed, right at home (or wherever you are, really!) ☀️

We’ve got a little break planned in there to give your body a breather, but if you feel like you need it earlier, or need some extra time, feel free to hit pause and jump back in when you’re ready. Just listen to what your body’s telling you!
