We are pushing and pulling as we work the chest and the back in just under 30 minutes! If you ever thought you couldn’t get an amazing strength builder in under 30, give this one a go and find out!

We will have one round that focuses exclusively on the back and then the other that is all about the chest and to finish everything off, we will work through a BURNER ROUND! ??

I usually struggle with back exercises, it’s not on the top of my list, but I know how important a strong back is, so I was really excited because I thoroughly enjoyed this workout! I hope you enjoy this workout as much as I did!

CHEST AND BACK WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
– DUMBBELLS – I used my 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, & 12.5kg dumbbells.
– EXERCISE MAT

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
– EXERCISE BOX, BENCH, OR A RAISED STURDY SURFACE

*Modifications If you don’t have a box/chair for the single arm bent over row, you will do this using your leg for support, I will have a modification for you during the exercise!

ROUND 1 BACK FOCUS
WORK: 35 REST: 20
4 exercises repeated 3 times in a horizontal format
– SINGLE ARM BENT OVER ROW
– SWITCH SIDES
– REVERSE GRIP ROW WITH A HOLD AND SLOW LOWER
– REVERSE FLYES

ROUND 2 CHEST FOCUS
WORK: 35 REST: 20
3 exercises repeated 3 times in a horizontal format
– CHEST PRESS
– CHEST FLYES
– PUSH-UPS

ROUND 3 BURNER ROUND!
WORK 60 REST: ONLY ENOUGH TIME TO SWITCH EXERCISES
– BENT OVER ROW
– CHEST PRESS- SLOW TEMPO
