Today’s workout is a 42 minute FTP session with the king of pain: Hank. If you want to boost your FTP and get faster at longer efforts and time trials, this is the training session for you! Get yourself a big bottle of water or electrolytes; this is going to be tough! This workout comes without music so you can train to your own tunes!
