Welcome back for a 15 Minute Full Body Weighted Workout for Beginners. Adding weights to your workout routine is so important especially as you get older. This is a beginner friendly workout that will help ease your way to heavier weights. I recommend you go a little heavier than your normal amount of weight i.e 2.5 lbs to 5 lbs.

Proper form is so important so be sure to follow my guidance and direction.
