◻️ Plank Push-Ups
• Rest for 2 minutes

◻️ Wall Sits
◻️ Calf Raises
◻️ Supermans
Suggested Modifications:
◻️ Squat Thrusts:
➡️ On an elevated surface jump or step legs out
◻️ Plank Jacks:
➡️ Modified Jumping Jacks (one leg out at a time with
arms raised in front or overhead)
◻️ Plank Push-ups:
➡️ Elevated surface or wall pushups
◻️Wall Sit:
➡️ Move hips higher than knee height (decreasing
the angle) and/or decrease the amount of time
