Today I am 38 weeks pregnant and I’m so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!

Today’s workout is a glutes workout where we will work through 12 exercises to target our glute strength. We will work between 30 and 60 seconds at a time so be ready for a great burn!
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I used my bench for split squats and step ups, my kettlebell for swings, and I also my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you have them!

Exercises:
1. Sumo Squat to RDL
2. Left leg lunge to RDL
3. Right leg lunge to RDL
4. RDL moonwalk
5. KB Swings
6. Left Leg Curtsy Lunge
7. Right Leg Curtsy Lunge
8. Glute Bridges
9. Fire Hydrant left with extension
10. Fire Hydrant Right with extension
11. Frog Pumps
