Alright guys, it is time for a follow along workout that you can do at home. It is going to be a circuit-style full body workout, and it is only going to take you 12 minutes! This workout is going to contain supersets, which is going to make this more intense so get ready! We are going to keep the rest to a minimum between exercises. Here are the exercises in this follow along workout, and let’s do this together!

Superset #1: GOBLET SQUATS with PUSH UPS. We are going to do 10 reps of each of these exercises, back to back, without resting in between. For the goblet squats, keep the dumbbell close to your chest for the whole movement, and squat down as far as you are able to go. For the pushups, if the standard pushup is too difficult for you, do knee pushups or incline pushups instead.

Superset #2: DUMBBELL OVERHEAD PRESS with DUMBBELL LUNGES. We are going to do 10 total reps of each exercise, without resting in between. For the overhead press, you can do them standing or sitting. You are just going to drive the dumbbell straight up over you. For the dumbbell lunges, alternate from side to side. If it hurts your knees, you can try doing reverse lunges instead.

Superset #3: TWO-ARM DUMBBELL CURLS with DUMBBELL SHRUGS. We are going to do 10 total reps of each exercise, without resting in between. For the dumbbell curls, use a slow and controlled tempo, controlling the dumbbells for the whole movement. Hold the contraction at the top of the movement for a couple of seconds. For the dumbbells shrugs, hold the contraction at the top of the movement for a couple seconds to get a big pump and better results. Do NOT just shrug then lower the weight quickly.

We are going to do a total of 4 circuits in this workout, so get ready to work up a sweat in this intense home workout.
