This workout will not only boost your muscle mass, but it will also increase your energy and mood! This workout includes 3 supersets per circuit. A superset is a set of 2 exercises back to back with no rest in between, so in total there will be 6 exercises in each circuit. Along with the superset circuits, we have a 3 minute challenge to finish things off! This workout really targets all of the upper body and ab muscles! My arms did not want to move afterward! The shake was something serious!
UPPER BODY AND ABS SUPERSET CIRCUITS STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES

– SIDE CRUNCH TO KNEE PULL- LEFT

– BENT ARM SIDE LATERAL RAISE
– ARNOLD PRESS

– TRICEP PUSHUPS
– ALT. PLANK FOREARM DROPS

– FULL BODY CRUNCH- HIP LIFTS
– DOUBLE DEAD BUG, NOT PUG 😀
