We’ll admit, we weren’t clamoring for someone to help us merge our love of chocolate and our strange preoccupation with cauliflower. Yet here we are. The level-headed geniuses in the Quest test kitchen have created a bowl of oats using the Dipped Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar that you’ll definitely want to add to your breakfast rotation.

Ingredients

QUESTIFIED CHOCOLATE CAULI-OATS

Method

  1. Chop the Quest Bar into small pieces and place them into a small pot with the almond over medium heat.
  2. Whisking occasionally, cook until the bar is melted and smooth.
  3. Add in the cauliflower, oats, chia seeds, protein, cocoa powder and salt and cook until oats are tender and mixture has thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Serve with fresh raspberries.
