Workout Program Builder
Let’s build stronger biceps, shoulders, and back muscles with this upper body strength training workout!

This workout focuses on basic exercises that offer a serious and effective burn. This workout is meant to help you build and define your muscles!

Along with being a strength builder, this workout is going to gauge our progress throughout the REBEL Program. Towards the end of this strength session, we will include Finishers, this will be 3 exercises that we word for 1 minute each. For each Finisher exercise, it will be important to track reps, weight, and any additional rest you needed. This will be done for both week 1 and week 8.

This workout is also part of our REBEL Program! REBEL is an 8-week cycling and strength workout program structured to build a stronger body and mind! As always focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion, work at your own pace, go heavy enough, challenge yourself, and of course, make the most of it!
