Starting with a full body warm up, this video will guide you through a full body workout class that you can do at home anytime. These exercises, targeting the core, are great for men and women, and for beginners. If you can’t get to a Barre class, this video is a great substitute.
Levels: All levels, beginners and advanced alike!
Equipment: Two 2lb – 5lbs weights & something to use as a barre (can be a railing, table top or chair)
