Hi, my name is James Grage, and in my 20 years of working in the fitness industry, I’ve spent more than a decade doing resistance band workouts. For the past 18 months, I’ve used resistance bands exclusively, to test whether exercise bands can build muscle the same as free weights. The results were so good I’ve never gone back to weights, and now only train with bands. Taking my 10+ years of experience training with resistance bands, I’ve created a complete 12-week Muscle Building Program, using bands only. That program is called TA2 BUILD and in this video I share with you a bit of the program and the results I’ve experienced, including the ability to work around a very busy schedule, as well as train when I travel.
