Fat Shredder Full Body HIIT Workout with Funk and Angela

Quad 1
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 rest one after the other for 3 rounds. Rest for 60 seconds and move onto the next Quad

3 frog squats to 3 jump squats
5 jumping jacks to Stationary RUNS
2 Wide push ups to 10 – Wide grip mountain climbers
4 reverse lunges to curtsy lunge

Quad 2
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 rest one after the other for 3 rounds. Rest for 60 seconds and move onto the next Quad

Walk out to shoulder taps to jumping lunges
Close leg thrusters to plank in and outs
Kick ups to tabletop top sit thrus
Slow Everest climbers to kickouts

Quad 3
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 rest one after the other for 3 rounds.
Frog full sit ups
Side to side planks
Scissor kicks
Abs Reverse Crunch Corkscrews
