A year into riding my Peloton, one thing still rings true and has since the very beginning: a Peloton is a pain in the butt, literally. Sitting on a bike is uncomfortable as it is, even when it’s properly adjusted, but mix in Tunde Oyeneyin’s ass-kicking HIIT workouts and the new Megan Thee Stallion classes and my glutes — along with the rest of my muscles — always seem to be sore. Ironically, this is exactly what motivates me to hop back on the bike time and time again. It’s what the Peloton community calls the “sore bum conundrum.”

Keep reading to shop the options, and let’s get you closer to those buns of steel.
