Energize, sculpt, and lift with this standing booty builder series. In just 23 minutes we will be strengthening your booty, with bonus upper body and core added throughout the class. All you need for this class are hand weights, but feel free to add additional booty bands or ankle weights if you are wanting more of a challenge. As always, your workout, your choice! This is also a great workout for my brides to be.
