If you’ve only got 20 minutes and want to sweat – this is for you. 🔥
This fat-burning HIIT workout needs zero equipment, just your body and some grit.

Here’s the plan:
👉 6 exercises, 45 sec on / 15 sec off
👉 Rest 1 min after each round
👉 Go for 3 rounds

The moves:
1️⃣ Jumping Jacks
2️⃣ Push-Up to Arm Extension
3️⃣ Squat to Jump Squat
4️⃣ Up & Down Plank
