Recently someone asked me, what is my “big why”?

In other words, what is the one big thing that keeps me going no matter what, pulls me through the hard times, stops me from giving up, forces me to show up even when I don’t feel like it etc etc.

I have lots of different why’s, but had never really thought about what is my big, over-arching why. I had to think about it for a few weeks, and I then I answered it in detail during this video.

I also cover:
1. My current training, food, body composition, fat loss goals;
2. Full current leg day workout (with a confession on something I have NEVER done until recently 🤣); and
3. The biggest mistake people make when trying to lose bodyfat!
