1. Be in a caloric deficit
2. Exercise – Cardio/ HIIT workout
3. Do muscle-targeted workouts.
To strengthen and develop your target muscles. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. Crazy fad diets don’t work, heck it’s why you’re here in the first place. Instead, just simply eat nutritious food/ foods you love (if they are high in calories, enjoy them in moderation or find low calorie/healthy recipes so you can eat more of it!), move your body in the way you love to move it (dancing, walking, sports, etc.), smile and enjoy the journey! Remember that you just need to be the better version of yourself from where you started. You are amazing and know that just even taking little steps like starting to walk more or eating better still makes a difference! Just don’t give up on yourself because your body achieves what your mind believes. When doing any home workouts, do take precautions to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you’re not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs.
