Ingredients

Method

  1. In a bowl, use your hands to break the muffins into small pieces. Add in the cream cheese and use your hands to combine.
  2. Separate the dough into 6 balls.
  3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together using a double boiler (heat proof bowl over a small pot of simmering water).
  4. Dip each cake pop stick into the chocolate about ½ inch and then insert into each cake ball.
  5. Chill the cake balls for 20 minutes.
  6. Re-melt the chocolate if needed and dip each cake pop into the chocolate until completely covered.
  7. Let the excess chocolate drip off, finish with sprinkles and place the cake pops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Chill until chocolate is set. Enjoy.
