We have 5 circuits to go thru with two rounds of each for 40 seconds on and 10 seconds off, so basically no rest GET READY! this one is a sweaty one! the fat and calorie burn will be so high!

Please remember that we are all different and that you can make this your own workout ♡ Take a longer break when you need to. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. you can always pause the video if you need more rest🙏🏼
