Workout Meals
In this video I am showing you guys one of my favorite go to pre-workout meals!

I love this meal because it takes less than a few minutes to prepare, it’s a fast acting carbohydrate perfect before a workout, it digests easily and quickly, and tastes SO GOOD!

If you follow my portion sizes, here are the macros:

340 calories, 30P/4F/42C

Remember that everyone has different macro goals, so adjust your portions accordingly.

45g frozen berries
35g Vedge Vanilla Protein (code msmeatless)
