Ingredients

DIPPED CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BITES

Method

  1. Add the strawberries and coconut shreds to a blender and pulse 3-5 times until small crumbles form. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the peanut butter for 15 seconds. Add in the oats, protein and syrup. Stir until well blended.
  3. In a small microwave safe bowl, melt the bar and milk together until melted and smooth and then add to the energy ball mix. Stir until combined.
  4. Separate the mixture into 10 balls and roll each one in the strawberry/coconut mix. Serve.
