Welcome to the Training Log; in this series I will be going over all of my workouts leading up to my next powerlifting meet while also maximizing time as a natural bodybuilding offseason! The workout today was:

McGill Core
Circuit x3

Bodyweight Pullups
2×8-12

Overhead Press
2×6-8 @RPE8

Lateral Raise / Rear Dealt Superset
3×6-12 @ANABOLIC INTENT

Zotman Curls
2×8-10 @ANABOLIC INTENT
