What do you need? 🏋️‍♀️💪
2 light/medium dumbbells (I used 15lbs)
1 heavy dumbbell (I used 40lb)
1 towel
1 blanket
1 table

**Today’s Workout**

(Always make sure to do a warm-up before beginning the workout)

1. **Box Squats**
– 3 sets of 15 reps

2. **Step Ups**
– 3 sets of 10 reps each leg

3. **Bulgarian Split Squats**
– 3 sets of 10 reps each leg

4. **Sumo Squats**
– 3 sets of 10 reps

5. **Hip Thrusts**
– 3 sets of 10 reps
