Over 50s Hiit Home Workout for Beginners – NO REPEAT Welcome to my over 50s 20 minute hiit workout. This it workout is perfect for beginners to kick start there fitness goals. This no repeat hiit workout has 20 exercises for 1 round. We will spend 40 seconds on each exercise follow by a 20 seconds rest.

This over 50s workout will include a warm up with cool down stretches.
