This is a BOOTY (gluteus) and the abdominal (abs) workout. You don’t need any equipment for the session, just something to lie on. With ten (10) different exercises, this workout will hit both the oblique and rectus abdominis muscles, as well as all three gluteal muscles (minimus, medius and maximus).
