Home Workout
Hey guys, today we’re targeting our legs and abs in this dumbbell workout. It’s 20 min and you can do this routine at home.

Target muscles
You are targeting your quads, hamstrings, glutes, six pack abs, lower abs and obliques.

Format
The workout has 3 parts:
First ten moves are 30s each without a break
Then you have five moves for a minute each
Finally the six pack workout has 10 moves for 40s with a 20s rest period

Breathing cues
For the lower body workout, you want to breath before you start the exercise, hold your breath as you go down into the move and exhale as you come back up.
With your abs workout, you want to control your breathing throughout the reps. For some moves it’s better you maintain a steady inhale and exhale, on some other moves like crunches, it’s better to exhale as you crunch.

How to get stronger
In order to build muscle and burn more fat, applying progressive overload to this workout is great place to start. In order to get fitter you need to gradually make your workouts harder. Each time your do this one, try to do more reps, or use heavier weights. Make sure you always keep proper form and technique as you make your workouts tougher.

14:07 Part 3 Abs
Bicycle crunches
V-sit
Dumbbell wood chop
Leg raises
Side plank reaches
Mountain climber
Flutter kicks
Dumbbell crunches
