Workout Meals
next level beef and rice 😤



Ingredients:
– 1 cup rice
– 1 lb lean ground beef
– 1 tb spicy mayo (secret ingredient) 😉
-Seasonings-
– Garlic powder
– Nature’s seasoning
– Italian seasoning
– Pepper
– Salt



Instructions:
1) Wash and cook rice in a rice cooker. (Or 90 second rice)
2) Cook ground beef until no pink is showing.
3) Drain beef and season.
4) Put rice and beef together and drizzle with spicy mayo! (so so good)
5) Enjoy 🙂
