Try this routine if you have a set of dumbbells ?? Perform combo moves only once you’ve mastered doing the single exercises. When you’re ready, it could be a great way to save time and to give your muscles a new challenge! Do 10 repetitions per move, rest for 30 seconds, repeat 3 sets. Enjoy!
