Join me for a workout to the Mamma Mia Soundtrack of Abba’s fun music! This workout is just over 3000 steps with relatively easy moves geared to target your legs, arms and abs. Remember to cater the workout to your abilities and modify as needed. I grew up listening to my mom’s records of Abba and had a fun time creating this one. I hope you enjoy it.
