Don’t let the title fool you. This 30 minute low impact HIIT workout will have you sweating and grinding until the end! You don’t need any equipment for this no jumping, apartment friendly workout – just a good attitude and your water bottle!

This workout is broken out into four sections and you’ll complete each exercise for 45 seconds before taking a short 15 second rest.
1. Lower body
2. Abs & core
3. Upper body
4. Total body
