Welcome to the Bikini By Halie Home Workout Program Day 4! This home workout program will use booty bands/ resistance bands. I encourage you to lift as heavy as you can, but beginners can always start off with water bottles too. Today’s focus is on the GLUTES (WITH RESISTANCE BANDS / BOOTY BANDS)

2 sets/ exercise to get the most out of each exercise & really feel that burn/ work those muscles!
Set 1: 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest
Set 2: 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest (drop the weight if you need to)
In today’s workout I am using 5kg – 12kg dumbbells (10-20lbs).
