This upper body workout requires no equipment! Just you your shoulders, back, and core muscles and this strength workout. Of course we also add some helpful mobility exercises in as well and use full range of motion to make sure you are developing your body in the right way! A beginner upper body workout that will be challenging but doable for most levels! This workout can be done by men or women. Do this workout at home or at the park. We put an emphasis on strengthening postural and rotator cuff muscles to maintain healthy shoulders and good posture.If you are into bodyweight workouts and core workouts at home this will be a true gem for you 🙂
