Today I present you a complete 10-week workout plan you can do at home if you want to build an attractive body, lose fat, burn calories, get lean, get toned – all with no gym..

Just simple, body-weight exercises performed in a specific order to train your entire body and all the major muscle groups.

Remember that this is an advanced 10 week plan – so you must perform this workout EVERYDAY for the next 2 and a half months.
