6 MIN- 5 EXERCISES- NO REST IN BETWEEN EXERCISES- FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS REST 2-3 MIN AFTER EVERY CIRCUIT AND REPEAT THIS CIRCUIT 4-6 TIMES. FOR EVEN BETTER RESULTS ADD WEIGHTS/ RESISTANCE BANDS.
