Today’s home workout is a 35 minute low impact HIIT session that will target your entire body from a standing position. It’s a no jumping workout that won’t require a lot of space so it’s 100% apartment friendly. This will help you burn calories and promote fat loss. This HIIT workout features cardio & strength exercises that will get you a fat burning effect and leaner muscles. You can use it to tone your entire body at home – no equipment required.
