Our first booty workout for beginners… WITH breaks! ♥︎ This workout targets directly the glute muscles, so your thighs won’t grow! Each exercise is 30 sec of training + 10 sec of rest – aaand we have previews on the next exercises during the rests. / Low impact, knee friendly, no jumps, no squats – & NO EXCUSES for a toned round booooty! ♥︎

If you are not a beginner anymore, you can just skip the breaks or use ankle weights to make this workout more challenging – works fine. 🙂

▪️ Recommendations:
• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.
