Join certified personal trainer Rachel McClusky for a beginner’s 30-minute sculpt and stretch class that will make you feel rejuvenated and ready to take on your day. The class incorporates dynamic foundational strength movements that also work on your mobility and balance. You’ll begin with some deep breaths and a warmup before moving on to lateral lunge pulses, sumo squats, arm pulses, and so much more. As you move through the circuits, you’ll get some stretching in as you go.
