Fitness Workout
In today’s video I outline for you all my current training routine! I go in detail about my full week of workouts. Along with the split, I talk cardio, calories and even throw in a healthy high protein apple fritter recipe!

APPLE FRITTER RECIPE ?:
– 30g All purpose flour
– 30g Protein powder
– 24g Swerve brown sugar
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/8 tsp nutmeg
– 1/2 any apple of choice
– 1 tbs butter or margarine
– 3 tbs Fat free greek yogurt

Glaze:
– 2 tbs Swerve powdered sugar
– 1/2 tbs water

* Combine all ingredients in a bowl (Makes 1 large or 2 smaller fritters)
* Air fry for 12-15 minutes @375 OR bake in over @375 for 20-25 minutes.
