Having a structured plan is very valuable. You are much more likely to do a workout when you have it scheduled on the calendar than not. It makes you more committed to your workouts and it will become more routine and consistent. And more importantly, it takes the guesswork out of training. A good training plan offers a long term structured approach so you avoid over training and injuries and at the end, will make you a stronger cyclist.

Many cycling apps offer structured workouts but without a plan or a structure on how often, when and which workout to do to get the best out of your time. So in this video I will walk you through what I believe are the four best cycling apps that offer structured cycling training plans and guide you through your season.
