Grammy-award winning singer John Legend is giving you the gift of a lifetime: the chance to sleep with him (well, sort of). See a sneak peek of his funny-sexy Headspace ad airing during this Sunday’s 2022 Super Bowl Game. It features Legend lying on a rug in front of a fireplace, holding a glass of wine in one hand, and his phone in the other, to help announce Headspaces’s new sleep content in a campaign titled “Love Yourself Like A Legend.”

The sleep content includes a new Headspace Sleepcast, narrated by Legend himself, which is available now. A Sleepcast is an audio story designed specifically to create the right conditions for healthy sleep. An eight-hour sleep playlist curated by Legend is also available.

According to the American Psychological Association, poor sleep has been linked to increased risk of poor work performance and problems with mood and relationships. Along with Legend’s calming voice, Headspace is helping people to see how mindfulness practices can be easily applied to daily life — especially when it comes to sleep.

“After a Valentine’s Day full of giving to our loved ones, we still have to save some love and care for ourselves,” Legend said. “Self-care starts with a good night’s sleep. We all need it, and I’m excited to partner with my friends at Headspace to share my Sleepcast and sleep playlist with the world.”

Aside from the Sleepcast and playlist, in mid-March, Legend will also be taking over and hosting five episodes of Radio Headspace. This popular three- to four-minute mental health microcast invites listeners every weekday morning to “mindfully pause, reflect, and consider what brings us together in this shared human condition, and how we can live a life that best reflects our limitless potential.”
