Workout:
A: Superman Pushup
B: Dumbbell Front Squat
C: Wide-Grip Pullup
D: Side to Side Jump Squat
E: Arnold Press
Abs: Mountain Climber Crossover
Instructions: Repeat for 6 Rounds Back to Back

Schedule:
Workout G 3x a week
Cardio in Between
1 Day Rest

Equipment:
Dumbbells (Weight depends by person)
Pullup Bar (use lat pulldown with resistance bands if you don’t have a bar)
Backpack
Chair or Bench
