Basic core workout for beginners! This 8 min beginner ab workout is the perfect easy ab and core workout for beginners that can be done at home! No equipment necessary, all you need is your body weight!

This workout is filled with “smaller waist exercises” that can be done in your home. In this workout you will target your abs, core, and midsection to help tone your waist. As stated in all of my ab videos, you cannot and will not get a smaller waist or abs just by doing abs. Your diet (clean eating) plays a huge factor. Like 80%! So double down in the kitchen as well as on your workouts 🙂
