20-minute kickboxing workout taught by kickboxing fighter & FightCamp Trainer Aaron Swenson. You can do this workout at home with or without a punching bag. If you don’t have a heavy bag, you can shadowbox following along to the workout.
In this workout, you will be doing the following basic boxing punches and kickboxing kicks including jab, cross, lead hook, rear hook, lead uppercut, and rear uppercut and lead kick and rear kick.
